Gaduate workshops include:

     * An Introduction to Google Maps and Georeferencing
     * Revisiting Some Popular Databases in the Sciences & Engineering
     * Social Sciences & Business Literature Review & Introduction to EndNote

For faculty:

     * Information Literacy Roundtable at the Library
     * Learning Commons Services and Technologies
     * Using EndNote with Library Databases
     * Curating Your Scholarly Publications

The University Libraries are open Tuesday, August 30 from 8am-5pm. Regular library hours will resume on Wednesday, August 31: 8am - midnight.

Regular hours for the Perry Library:
     Monday - Thursday: 8am - midnight
     Friday: 8am - 7:30pm
     Saturday: 9am - 6pm
     Sunday: 9am - midnight

Regular hours for the Art Library and Diehn Composers Room:
     Monday - Thursday: 8am - 9pm
     Friday: 8am - 5pm
     Saturday - Sunday: 1pm - 5pm

The University Libraries will be closed for Labor Day, September 5, 2011.

Because of university closures due to Hurricane Irene, the opening of the Learning Commons has been delayed until Tuesday, September 6 at 8 am. Stay tuned...

Faculty are invited to find out "What’s new in the Library," a workshop which will include an introduction to the new Learning Commons. Come to the Perry Library, Room 1306 on Friday August 26 from 10-11am.
