NCCO is a multi-year global digitization and publishing program focusing on primary source collections of the long nineteenth century. It provides full-text, fully searchable content from a wide range of primary sources.

It inlcudes books, newspapers, pamphlets, manuscripts, maps, diaries, photographs, statistics, literature, government reports, treaties, and other kinds of documents in both Western and non-Western languages. While it is being released over several years and in subject segments, the following segments are currently available:

-- British Theatre, Music, and Literature: High and Popular Culture
-- European Literature, 1790-1840: The Corvey Collection
Four archives each year are planned for 2013 and 2014 and will take a global perspective on the nineteenth century.
