Library Instruction Request Form

Subject specialist librarians are available to meet with classes for instruction in the effective use of information resources. Faculty members wishing to arrange such instruction for courses with a strong research component should complete the form below, giving a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. For televised classes, 4 weeks' notice is preferred. Questions? Phone 757-683-4182 and ask to speak with Megan Smith. Reference librarians welcome the opportunity to work with faculty on integrating information literacy into their courses.
