Off-Campus Access:

When you select an electronic resource (database, journal, etc.) from off campus, you will be prompted to enter your student ID number. Use your 8 digit University ID Number (UIN). After entering the number, you will see two security screens. Click "yes" to proceed through them on to your chosen resource. For more detailed instructions, click here .

Databases:

  • Education Full Text: Search by keyword and subject for articles in education journals and magazines. Limit search to "Peer reviewed" to get the scholarly articles.
  • Education Research Complete: Covers all levels of education and provides full text for more than 750 journals, more than 100 books and monographs, and for numerous education-related conference papers. Limit search to Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.
  • ERIC: Largest all education database. Search for journal articles and ERIC documents. Limit to Peer Reviewed Journals available.

  • Journals, Magazines, Newspapers:  Use this link on the library homepage to see if we have a journal in print or electronically.
  • Interlibrary Loan: Use this service to request articles and books that the Library does not have.
  • UlrichsWeb: This large directory database of all journals published tells whether a journal is peer reviewed.
