- Examine a book such as What Can I Write About? or An Index of Ideas for Writers and Speakers.
- Browse the subjects listed in a library research database or printed
periodical index that deals with your area of study.
- Use the Idea Generator link from the library Web page (under Research Assistance). Be sure you refine your topic to one that is concise and manageable.
