The text of the new library policy relating to acceptance of requests for ODU textbooks is as follows: "Interlibrary loan services exist to supply faculty, students and staff with research materials not available at ODU. Interlibrary loan requests for ODU course textbooks available through the campus bookstore and/or MBS Direct online will not be accepted unless the bookstore's supply is exhausted. If the ODU Bookstore or MBS Direct supply is exhausted interlibrary loan staff will attempt to borrow a copy. However, such loans will be short-term rather than for the entire semester."
