To learn about the Literature Resource Center, come to a 30-minute database workshop for faculty, staff and graduate students at 2pm today, November 8, in Perry Library, Room 163. ==> COMPUTER LITERACY SERIES: SEARCHING THE ODU LIBRARY WEBSITE AND DATABASES: NOVEMBER 18 The Center for Learning Technologies is offering a Special Event to university faculty: "Computer Literacy Series: Searching the ODU Library Website and Databases" on Friday, November 18, 2005, 9:00 AM in Gornto 411. Here is your chance to learn to use online resources provided by the library and to try out database features and searching techniques, such as Boolean operators, proximity searching, wildcards, and more. You will also learn how to get the journal articles you need, electronically. Space is limited, so sign up soon.
