Criteria can be specific journals, specific authors or cited authors, specific topics, etc. Keep in mind that our subscription to Science Direct journals allows ODU users to get full text only back to 1995. Contact Karen Vaughan kvaughan@odu.edu if you have any questions about special features of Science Direct. Access Science Direct from the library's "Journals, Magazines & Newspapers" page. Because it is an ODU subscription, IP address restrictions apply: from home, you'll need to enter your Campus UIN at the Easy Proxy page. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ==> TRIAL DATABASE: WOMEN AND SOCIAL MOVEMENTS IN THE UNITED STATES 1600-2000 The library is trying out another database: Women and Social Movements in the United States 1600-2000. The Library Journal named it a "best reference databases 2003" and Choice listed it as an "outstanding reference title 2004." Try it out from the library's "Databases" (bottom) page, and send your feedback to Cynthia Swaine cswaine@odu.edu The trial lasts from September 28 to October 28. -------------------------------------------------------------------- ==> FACULTY WORKSHOP NEXT WEEK: "WHO'S CITING YOU?"
