The Electronic Text Center at the University of Virginia provides
Apache texts, Tang poems, works by Voltaire, Shakespeare, Austen,
Cather, Dante and scores of other authors in a variety of languages.
As a member of VIVA, the Virtual Library of Virginia, Old Dominion
University Libraries allow faculty, staff and students to have access
to many of these resources.
The URL is http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/uvaonline.html . If you
wish to access the site from off campus, go through the Old Dominion
University Libraries site rather than directly to the URL so that
you will be recognized as a legitimate user of this resource. Near
the bottom of the library Web page, click on VIVA from the Quick
Links menu. Then select Collections, then Books and other electronic
texts, then Electronic text library.
