We have been informed by the campus police that there has recently been an increase in thefts around campus. Sergeant Huckless of the ODU Police let us know that Constant Hall, Oceanography, Education and the Visual Arts buildings have each experienced thefts of items such as purses, wallets, laptop computers and office equipment.

Please be aware that you are responsible for your possessions as well as items, such as laptop computers, checked out from library collections. NEVER leave your possessions unattended, even for a moment! If you do find something missing please report it immediately.
