The Digital Services Center in the Perry Library provides hardware, software, and assistance to Old Dominion University faculty, staff and graduate students needing to integrate digital information resources into instruction, research, and coursework.

Equipment is not available for loan. It is to be used in the Digital
Services Center only.
Hardware:
- 3 Fujitsu high-speed
scanners with document feeders
- 1 large-format 12"x18" flatbed scanner
- 2 NIKON LS-2000
slide/film scanners (one with 50-slide feeder)
- CD/DVD Writers
- VCR and monitor
- Audio cassette deck
Software:
- Paintshop Pro on all PCs
- Photoshop CS2 on two PCs linked to scanners
- Adobe Acrobat Professional on four PCs linked to scanners
- TextBridge Pro (for OCR scanning) on two PCs linked to scanners
- Adobe Premiere (digital video editing) on one PC with video capture capability
- Audacity (audio editing)
