Valerie Miner Valerie Miner is an award-winning author of 10 books, including the memoir The Low Road and the novels Range of Light and Winter's Edge. Her work has appeared in Salmagundi, New Letters, Ploughshares, The Village Voice, Gettysburg Review, and Prairie Schooner, among others.
