TIM SEIBLESTim Seibles has published six books of poetry: Hammerlock, Ten Miles an Hour, Kerosene, Hurdy-Gurdy, Body Moves and Buffalo Head Solos. Seibles' poetry focuses on the alienation of non-whites in America. He examines a world that is dominated by an uneven control of power, and yet in his work, Seibles dares to hope in reconciliation, freedom, and connection. For his work he has received the following grants and awards: the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center fellowship, the National Endowment for the Arts fellowship, and an Open Voice Award from the National Writers' Voice Project.
