ALWAYS use Internet Explorer's Print Preview before sending pages to the printer. The only time this is not possible is when you are printing a .pdf file.
Become familiar with both the size and content of items you wish to print BEFORE issuing the print command (e.g., pages with only one word are charged the same as a fully printed sheet of paper). Use Print Preview.
Print pages with animation or motion at your own risk.
