Joseph Ewart Healy was instrumental in establishing the Norfolk Division of the College of William and Mary, now Old Dominion University. From 1924-1930, Healy was Director of the William and Mary Extension in Norfolk. During that time, he was also Principal at Norfolk's Blair Junior High School. |
